About this course

The business model course is a training program with a focus on hands use experiences. The “Business Model Canvas tool” is used heavily in this program as it aids on the creation of business models following all 9 important principles. Participants will gain a deeper understanding of their business. This will allow them to make thorough plans for adjusting different aspects of the organization in order to maximize efficiency as well as set clearer goals to move towards.
